Industry benchmark report
We monitor the availability and download speed of all the web sites that make up our industry sectors. Each sector features a minimum of 10 high-traffic web sites, including both 'bricks and clicks' and internet-only companies.
Our sectors cover every area of Internet usage in the UK from accountancy to utilities and include non-commercial sites from the government and non-profit sectors. Each sector contains results from at least ten web sites, so that you can see a representative average performance at dial-up speed.
