Our services appeal to many industry sectors, many companies within those sectors, and many roles within those companies. Why? Because if you care about the technical performance of a web site, then we have an offering for you.

But we recognise that different roles within those companies can have very different needs, so we tailor our services as much as possible to meet them. To the very broad categories identified in the graphic above:

  • IT/networks/systems/development: our core audiences. We help anyone responsible for the technical performance of web sites to diagnose the detail behind problems, so that they can deliver great performance to their external and internal customers. This includes developers and testers, with an interest in making sure that performance, particularly under load, is suitably considered in the development cycle.
  • E-commerce & marketing: We also provide great value to those with a responsibility for online content, or the sales or customer benefit derived from it. E-commerce managers responsible for building the channel. Or marketing or content managers who need to know whether the technical performance of specific elements of the web site gets in the way of customer satisfaction or sales.
  • Senior management: Even senior managers in our customers’ organisations come to rely on our services. We recognise that they only need the high level summary information and overall trends in order to manage their teams appropriately. But because we make it easy for them to receive exactly that, we save them and their staff a lot of time creating additional performance reports.
