What is a 'Health Check' and why bother?
Most of Site Confidence’s services aim to put the control and actionable results in the hands of our customers. We are always on hand to help, but only as much or as little as our customers need. However, we have over 400 customers in the UK alone – and every so often, they decide they want us to engage more substantially on their unique challenges.
Our health check offering is a short professional services engagement that rapidly boosts a customer's understanding of their website's performance. It analyses the performance from an end user’s perspective, using a wide range of tools and our experience to identify key weaknesses and provides recommendations for potential improvement.
We have a four phase approach:

Key features
The Health Check includes a detailed performance testing of your site using our Performance Analyser service. Together with a combination of open source and commercially available tools. It then provides you with a prioritised set of actionable performance recommendations.
The engagement involves scanning the breadth and depth of your site’s key pages with multiple browsers. We’ll discuss with you which browsers are most typical of your user base and provide detailed performance analysis with browser comparisons.This now also includes a visual analysis of how pages render with different browsers.
The Health Check will:
