Management reporting portal
Our management reports portal allows you to customise reports, ideal for senior management, and regular reports, which give an overview of your performance. Trended over time they are ideal for key decision making.
Downtime analysis by time
| Here we can see a breakdown by day highlighting several days with a
significant number of low (warnings/yellow) and high (problems/red and
downs/black) severity issues. Warnings typically indicate a
number of objects haven’t downloaded but the rest of the page was
downloaded successfully. Certain objects may be more important than
others so warnings can be interpreted as downtime. High severity
issues are those errors that prevent a user from completing the
download of the main code (i.e. completely down or preventing the user
from moving to the next step of a user journey).

Average download speed by URL
The following graph highlights the benefits of setting KPIs to measure performance across a number of URLs. The assumed KPI here is 20 seconds for the download speed.
Average download speed over time with min & max
This graph below illustrates that there is an underlying stable performance. The peaks on the graph relate to maximum speeds incurred on the relevant day. This indicates that performance can fluctuate dramatically depending on the day. It is possible to use this information to analyse further in the operational portal and find the root cause of the issues.
