Monitoring reporting portal
Our monitoring portal is the main window to all your results. It has been designed to be intuitive and easy to use, giving you access from anywhere. With its high level reports and the ability to drill down to the detail, it provides the information you need, when you need it.
In addition we have made the reports customisable, giving you an additional element of control, and included features such as roll over graphs and table sorting to make even easier to see what is happening to your web pages.
It’s from the monitoring portal that you have control over your settings, determining who, when and on what alerts are received.
Component timing breakdown
The waterfall bar chart shows an object level breakdown of the page highlighting the DNS, connect, data start and content download times for each object. The tabular view shows you not only the component timings but also how much compression there is on text based objects.
The benefit of this is it allows you to enhance performance at the object level, thus improving overall download speeds of your pages.

Speed vs time component
This graph shows the trend of speed over time and breaks down each test result into DNS, connect, data start, and content download times. A variation of this report can also be overlaid with page size (not shown).
The benefits of this is that it gives a complete view of content, infrastructure and bandwidth performance. The variation in the graph highlights bandwidth performance issues, or content changes.

Severity summary
This graph shows the availability (over a month) of an entire user journey and also provides a step by step breakdown of performance.
The value of this report is to highlight where and how a user journey might be failing, and importantly what percentage of people were able to successfully complete the user journey.
The table view allows you to quickly drill down to the detail and help discover the issue.
